The old factory area is located at the innermost part of an old residential area, almost isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. The original only entrance was located in a dead corner area, with a prominent public restroom next to the door. The other three sides were surrounded by two residential walls and a street community convenience center. The designer boldly proposed the concept of co building with the community to create a creative community, using the relatively formal facade of the community as the overall image of the project.

By sorting out the original spatial context and ecological foundation, reorganizing and organizing the original buildings, streets, and communities, these forgotten essences are re presented to people, leaving memories for the rapid development of the city while also making contemporary urban architecture thicker and more sustainable.

The old factory area surrounded by high-rise buildings is like an isolated island, creating a visual feast from the past to the present with the power of nature, form, color, and light. Fantasy light and shadow, as well as rhythmic architectural lines, can be seen everywhere in Langguanyi Park. Bright red colors are applied to the surface of the buildings, and building units are divided according to different structures to construct a series of spaces such as “breathing offices”, “BO” cafes, art centers, famous painting apartments, and post houses, expressing rich urban cultural emotions.
